BJ on Cruises

#1
I apologize beforehand for posting this under "Las Vegas" but there isn't really anywhere to post this topic and I know this is probably the most popular category.

Just out of curiosity, I'm wondering if anyone knows how the games are on cruise ships. Majority of cruise ships seem to have casino floors and I'm curious how table conditions are and even how heat is.

Not too good, usually

Because they often don't have much competition, (there might be no casinos at the ports), the blackjack game is usually poor. Expect 6-8 decks with less than 75% dealt or a continuous machine. They'll hit soft 17 and no surrender or resplitting aces. As there will be only a couple tables, (there will be TONS of carnival games, however), you can't really wong it. Security will either be non-existent to incredibly sweaty. Look for dealer errors with the poorly trained dealers as your major AP opportunity.

REALLY depends. Some of them are garbage, some are quite exploitable. The cruises to international waters and back can have decent games.
