bluebook 2

I've been reading Renzey's book, blackjack bluebook 2 and have found it very informative and interesting. Renzey say's that with certain hands you should go against bs. With some of these hands he says that it will give the player another .3% edge. In a six deck shoe with bs and his new ideas that will bring the house's edge to almost nothing. Is this true and how should I be betting?

Thanks

Make that .03%

Cisco -- If you're referring to the "Magnificent 7" hands, which a non-counter would tweak by noticing the cards on board, page 99 says doing that would reduce the house edge by about 0.03% in a six deck game. In other words, a 0.50% house advantage becomes 0.47%.
