i was playing at harrahs and i saw this old women bring out the bs chart from her pocket...... nothing was said to her.... does this happen regularly and if so it is exceptable or will the pit say something?
Once pit critter at a local casino told me it was OK to leave a card on the table as long as it's smaller than a playing card ... I guess so you can't hide cards under it. Another told me I had to keep it in my hand. Probably depends on the boss. People leave packs of cigarettes on the table so why not a card?ThunderWalk said:I saw a player ask if she could refer to the BS chart in her pocket, and the dealer said a player could take it out and leave it on the table if they wanted to. I've always heard the prohibition was against "devices" not paper.
It can cost you your comp-rating if they know that you adhere to it religiously. zgEasyRhino said:I haven't seen a pit have any problem with BS charts or cards.

As long as you don't write your indecies on it, let him be as suspicious as he wants.CaseyCat said:Once pit critter at a local casino told me it was OK to leave a card on the table as long as it's smaller than a playing card ... I use my own version of a BS card and once a pit critter asked to see it, eyed it and me suspiciously then handed it back. Wonder if he had a clue.
