I was at caesars in april. all tables packed on a weekday morning.
7 hands per table, 65% pen. 8 decks

I forgot the one hazard of playing there, is talking like a Kentuckian shortly after arriving.

The only 6 deck games are at the Argosy near Cincinnatti. s17, das, 75% pen. Brutus you should be speaking like a Hoosier not a Kentuckian, at these casinos. All the other boats are 8 decks. Some csm's at some boats. Tables are always full as they never open a surplus of tables. Wonging is therefore difficult.

Grand Victoria does have one s17daslsr75% pen six deck table. it's the one that has the three card poker side bet (optional) . the rest of the tables are eight decks s17daslsr75% pen and some csm tables. this was as of about two months ago.glenracing said:

I play at Argosy more than any other casino and I'm yet to have a losing session there. I've found that yes, wonging is VERY difficult there because the place is always busy, however the 2nd floor of the boat is usually less crowded and I 've gone down there to lower limits/less players since not as many people know the tables are down there.
It is also best to be there in the late hours of the night when the tables sit relatively empty.
Grand Victoria is horrid last time I went there. The tables that I played at, despite wonging, I couldn't seem to win. They did have a $25/2 deck game where I made a bit of money, but overall I think it's best to avoid that place.
down the road at Belterra there is a double deck/$10 min 3/4 deck penetration. the rules make it pain in the ass : No Mid Shoe, double 10/11 only, no DAS, split once. The rest were 8 decks or CSM.

be careful about going down stairs at the Argosy. those are all eight deck tables down there in the non-smoking area. while uptstairs is six deck.Preston said:

aztar is where i usually go when i come down to visit family and i called them for next time i go cause i just started counting about a month ago.
here's what i got from them when i called.
mid shoe entry on the 5 dollar table's.
only 6 deck shoes
3;2 i think.
