They implemented Surrender on the main floor.. that surprised me.

It was amazingly not packed.. busy but not ridiculous as I expected.

Played 6D H17 - probably 75% pen .. 25/50 dollar tables

... One annoying problem hope people will comment on... ****

My goal is to win 10K in a single night, consistently.. I fall short and will earn anywhere between 3-6.5K and then proceed to give it all back

This trip was an even adventure.. even though I played for probably 17-20 hours .. free trip, incidentals, entertainment, and airline tickets covered but nonetheless.. no extra money..


are my expectations too high? for betting between 25 - 1200

That spread is pretty shocking. That's going to attract some serious heat unless you have a DAMN good act.

Using a 0-1 spread betting 0 in negative counts and max bet in positive counts your best case expectation counting cards is about 1/4 max bet per hour so you should be able to figure it out. Of course if you are not counting cards your expectation is negative. Lots can still go wrong (heat, not enough hands, errors, etc.) Consistently making 10K a night is not realistic at your bet level.

so the net .. after two Vegas trips 1 for 4 days the other for only 24 hours is frustratingly even (the cost of a ticket and taxi ride)

The second trip yielded a couple of grand from various casinos which i then promptly donated to the cosmo .. (which also had surrender)


Cosmo did not pay attention to my buy in .. so I was definitely frustrated when they told me I was in for about 1/2 of my actual buy in ..

I then proceeded to continue to play and be down about 1/4 my overall profit.. and then got tired and gave it all to them.


Is there a max time limit you play and then leave, or a stop loss.. ?

I must have played at the cosmo for 6 hours... very disappointing..


Question - would you ever return to place that you donated your profit?
in hopes of reclamation?

do you consider breaking even a win? <cuz' I feel like a big LOSER>
