Can a casino ban you if you keep winning? No cheating/counting involved.

Can you get banned for shit luck? I've been going to this new casino off the strip, they know me, I have a card there. Anyhow, I'm killing it, like every damn day. Not counting. No cheating. Just basic strategy. It's where I go to practice the count, but don't actually implement it. But I mean lately, I'm making like a couple hundred in a few hours, like every day. Will it get to the point where they say "enough is enough"? Or start thinking that I'm cheating? Any thoughts here.

how many days have you been "killing it"? 100 days? 365 days? or a week or two? truly you are experience good luck/fortune oppose to 95% of gamblers who go in daily, eventually it will run out and i am certain that house is counting with you even tho you are not altering your bets you can certainly have a winner year or win 900k hands in jacks or better betting normal and come out with a mere 0.62% edge not all surprising to do this in blackjack with or without counting

Been winning non-stop the last three months. Three-four times a week. Gotten so good, I've stopped going to other casino's I would usually hit up. On Sunday night won around a grand, tipped the dealer a black and the waiter two green, so I'm definitely getting noticed. But like I said, no cheating, no counting, just great play and some luck I guess. The other week, walked in and threw 500 down on first hand, won... then beat 50 a hand for a few hours. Sometimes I bet less, sometimes more. Wondering if anyone's ever heard of a casino stepping in for someone who keeps winning?

if i were you id either capitalize on it bet big, or take a break the luck will come and go, unless you found a really good single deck game otherwise that -.35% edge will surface sooner or later, if your in the UK they may stop and take back your winninings,
its not impossible to win big or turn a 3k roll into a 300k bank account

I have acquaintance with someone who did that. Sadly they lost everything back to the casino. Including the initial $3K.

"some luck I guess" - understatement of the year. They can bar you if they want, but they know if you keep playing you'll lose it all eventually.

Voodoo. Do you really believe that his expected results for the next little while have anything to do with the lucky results he's been experiencing lately?

To answer his question. If they notice his wins, they will evaluate his play and discover that he's (currently) just a basic strategy player. There will be no reason to back him off, so they won't.

Sure, luck will come and go. You just can't predict when. The voodoo in your post was in your advice to "capitalize on it, bet big" implying that you expect the hot streak to continue. You then suggested that he might alternatively "take a break", which could be interpreted to mean that you expect the hot streak to end now.

The OP is a basic strategy player, practising counting in the casino, but not using the information. He should be betting as little as possible while he does this, since he does not have a long term edge.

Forget it. This bird is a hopeless cause.

A recent hot streak is not a predictor of your future results. That is the voodoo.

Not only that, you gave him two different contradictory pieces of advice. One was to increase his bet in anticipation that the streak would continue and the other was to take a break in anticipation that the streak was over. Which is it and why?

People do win the lottery, but you can't predict when.

its really up to him, i personally recommend him to stop altogether and learn to count cards or play a positive video poker game.

you can not force a win but if your doing everything right you will come out a winner

and people beat negative games all over the world the lotto is a prime example, converting 1$ into a million imo is beating their game if you disagree thats fine i understand the odds are astronomical stacked against the player but still very possible i agree can't be predicted but we both agree it can be done

Can you show me an example of a video poker pay table that pays over 100% and for which game?

Liked the advice, was thinking of walking in and throwing 5k on one hand. Concerned this kind of behavior would draw unwanted attention however. Again, I'm not cheating but you would think if I continue to win they would back me off. Am I wrong on that?

If you do this , they will roll out the red carpet.

You're not counting or using any other advantage play. They will not back you off.
