I have not run the sim to get the exact numbers, but I think you'll get a lot of people here telling you that cutting 2 decks off the back gives you a marginal game.
From what I remember, the expectation for 6x at that spread is slightly positive - with the emphasis on slightly.

First of all, we need to clarify. You stated 6 decks, 2 decks pen, which would actually mean 6 decks with 4 cut off. I am guessing that is not what you meant? You are referring to 6 decks with 2 cut off, no??
IHA of .25 is decent for 6 deck game. 67% pen is not. I am guessing with the spread you are suggesting, it would be a positive game, (play all) but probably not by a whole lot.
Two things you could do to make it more so would be of course to get out of some of those negative counts. If you don't want to, or aren't able to wong out at a certain point, at least sit out a few hands or take a phone call at the higher negative counts. You may also want to consider placing your max bet a little earlier. Perhaps +4 or even +3. With 2 decks cut off, you just aren't going to see that many TC's of +5. Basically means the RC would need to be +15 with 3 decks remaining and that just doesn't happen too often. You would see a lot more higher counts with deeper penetration, so you need to compensate for the lack of these counts.
