Only passport, no US visa on it?

Are you sure, first-hand experience?
Yes, you can.
I have seen many others do it in the casino.
I have seen floor supervisors asking other people if they had a passport.

How do you know that casino is not looking at visa?

The fact that you think players club minions have any clue about visas or permits of stay shows exactly how clueless you are. What would it matter to them anyway? Come on.

I have a friend who is a frequent playing partner of mine who jumped off the cruise ship where he was tending bar, and swam to shore in Miami. He's used his passport at the player's club dozens of times with no problems. I'm quite sure he has no visa stamps on his passport.;)

As Chaparone so bluntly put it: Why would they care anyway? The casinos are there to GAIN customers and make money, NOT to try to find excuses to run them off.

You think some minimum wage employee would know what visa is required from what country?
my foreign passport was rejected at player's club.. Not only that, they were about to kick me out for not showing age proof. Then I've to show <V>, to get a player's card..

Some casino claims that they need US government ID. They do allow me to enter on foreign passport, using comps is also okay, but hitting a jackpot on passport has been a big No-No for me. Has anyone claimed any jackpot on passport only?

I was of the assumption that player's club need visa, but after seeing responses above. I am glad that it is not the case. I've noticed they do note passport number as alien number in their forum. Not sure how much info they can derive from passport number?

Thanks
