Card Counting

Hey i am a beginner card counter, and just have a question about card counting.If you get to the end of the deck and your running count is -3 for example when they put the deck back in do you continue your running count from -3?Also if they use one deck till the deck is finished and then use a second deck until its used and just keep rotating these two decks then is it still possible to card count successfully?

Not sure I understand, but...

You have to start over with your running count whenever the cards are shuffled. Does that answer your question? If not, please explain a little more what you mean.
