casino advantage

Could someone help me to calculate the house's initial advantage for this game:

8 decks;

75% penetration;

The dealer stays at 17 soft;

Duplicate any card (two);

Double after split Ok, except AA that split gets only one card;

late surrender;

Offer insurance;

Can you explain what you mean by duplicate any card (two)? Does this refer to doubling on any two-card holding? How many split hands may you have in total?

Note that 75% penetration and insurance have no effect on the initial house edge.

In the site calculator is .39
Is the difference in the AA that separate receives only one letter?
I'm very sorry. I didn't see the late surrender. My fault. Correct value is 0.356%.

It would be helpful if, for the site calculator, they explained that this isn't the traditional off-the-top house edge but rather one obtained by dealing down to the stop card and factoring in the cut-card effect.

Also using the CCE and not off-the-top. Note that the CCE can change according to penetration, which is one of the reasons why researchers prefer the off-the-top value. You don't get a different number for every level of penetration, because penetration doesn't matter, and comparisons can always be apples-to-apples.
