Why would Cipher need investors if his system ALWAYS produces winning sessions of around 500 dollars? It you could get 500 dollars for only playing 40 hands, it wouldnt take that long to build your OWN bankroll, and instead use other people's money. Heck, you wouldn't even need to sell the system, you could give it away since you're making so much money!

I'm no expert but I have spoken with several people that are and I am assured that RNG's are anything but.

For any artifacts of an RNG to result in any discernable patterns in a large-scale casino operation would require monumentally poor programming. But, even if the RNG was completely predicatable, his methodology is nonsense. The patterns he is looking for would not be caused by the worst of RNGs. Also, his statement that different casinos from the same group exhibit different patterns is goofy. Casinos don't run the software. The software for hundreds of casinos operates on huge servers run by the software companies. In addition, if someone had a way to beat an online casino consistently, they would quickly bar him. The concept of using a casino like an ATM is preposterous.
As far as i'm aware RNG are not completely random, but as close to it as makes no difference. I have heard of some faulty ones that allowed certain AP to rip holes in certain games, but these have been picked up on very quickly and replaced.
To think that an online casino is actually going to advertise (Yes Bodog advertise with Cipher and recommend using his system at their casino) for other players to use a system that is capable of actually beating their computer program is just ridiculous. It'd be the same as any other casino putting up a sign out front or running a TV advert saying "Come to the <insert casino name here> and use the Hi/Lo counting system, everyone welcome".
And i feel that the most important disclaimer on this one is that at no point - and i have read through all of Cipher's posts on this forum and had a good look through his own - despite being ask several times has Cipher shown ANY mathematical evidence that his system works.
All he offers is the screen shots of his winning sessions. No one here plays any system which only has anecdotal evidence as proof that it works. If you can't prove it mathematically - don't play it.
Even if Cipher is being genuine (tbh i think he's just another scam artist) and his system did work for him that doesn't mean it actually works. As far large application construction; during my tenure as a Citibank VP, I ran the technology strategy and architecture area covering 75 businesses in 45 countries. I've also lectured/consulted on software architecture in two dozen countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.Of course like the rest of us here; I have a "meaningless little life."

Standard Bodog MO. They don't like to buy normal ads. They offered to pay me to add text to qfit.com suggesting that people use my software in conjunction with Bodog. I responded that I don't do that.
I didnt even think you had any software that could be used in conjuction with an online casino...

Good lines for small limits.
Also, they only give the good lines to squares and low limit bettors. I've heard of many people who get different lines at bodog, or the "sharp" lines. Basically bodog has great lines for underdogs, but they will give you different lines if you hit them too hard.

I know just about nothing about sports, but I can assure you that almost all of my bets that I make are +EV. Yes, it is possible to know nothing about sports, and be a winning sports bettor.
