Hello,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the online casino Viggoslots.

Several years ago, I requested the closure/self-exclusion of my account due to gambling addiction. At that time, my request to reopen the account was refused because I was considered a problem gambler.

However, after approximately 2–3 years, I received promotional communication from Viggoslots and was able to access my account again.

As a result, I was able to make multiple deposits and suffered significant financial losses.

I believe this represents a serious breach of responsible gambling obligations and a failure to properly enforce my self-exclusion

consideration of reimbursement of the deposits/losses made after my account became accessible again.
