I wonder if you could manufacture a device that emitted a small EMP, or if such a device exists.
If so, the CSM would never work again, they would have to buy a new one every time you used this device in proximity.
Of course all OTHER electronics within the range would be broken forever as well, but that is the price of a beatable game.

I think casinos employ illicit stategies that should be banned by law.
Eg., Make them deal down to the last card, use full penetration.
No dealer peaking at the hole card. All spent cards must be exposed.
Minimum standardized BJ rules on all BJ games.
A gaming commision that actually protects the players.

If the dealer didn't peak at the hole card, that would work to your disadvantage (unless the dealer takes only your original bet if he/she has a BJ). Plus, you wouldn't ever have a time the dealer may mistakenly "flash" the hole card.
