counting the pictures

Can anyone direct me to a site that will give details of counting pictures ( are 10s to be included in the count?)

How effective is this system?

I was looking for an ultra simple system that I could use to count at a distance and a quick glance.
I cant find the article/post on the system ,it mentioned how many pictures a player would expect to see in a given number of hands...the article continued with the betting ramp
If its a poor system I was thinking of trying KO

Just add +4 for every 13 cards. For example, if 26 cards came out n the first round this would give you a RC of +8. Im not sure about the efficiency of this system but its a little crude.

Hi-lo, is definitely the "breakfast of champions" and fun and easy.
