CSMs

#1
Well, most casinos where I am use csms on every table. I have just found one casino which has now shifted back to the shoes. (granted I have yet to go to the further out casinos)

My question is this - what argument can I give the casino to get rid of the csms?

I have already sent in a mail saying that I suspect the game could be rigged and it seems as though people are winning less.

I also pretend to not have a good idea about the game in general.

A copy of the reply I received:

Once again thank you for sharing your comments with us regarding your experience when playing our black jack tables and are concerned to hear of frustration.

Having consulted with our gaming Tables Management we wish to confirm that all casino games have been approved and verified by the Gauteng Gaming Board. Everyday 5 decks of cards are spread on the blackjack tables for inspection by our staff and any player wishing to do, also this is done under surveillance camera coverage for security reasons. The purpose of a shuffler is to speed up the games and ensure the security of the cards.

It is no longer the industry norm to use manual shufflers. We continue to have Blackjack players winning from time to time. On the week of the 18th we had a punter winning R2.5m on Blackjack table meaning it really is a game of luck at the end of the day.

Cor . . . whoever put that in writing never completed his management module in marketing and promotion. Referring to valued customers as "punters" and people only winning from "time to time" ??? Must do better me thinks.

Let's face it, as long as people play the games serviced by CSMs they ain't going to replace them because you don't like them. Look's like you'd better save your pennies for a flight to the States.

Best of luck.
