Not every dealer is a toke hustling asshole, only about 99%.
Here's something to think about. When did the casino ever tip the player when they (the casino) won?
I believe in tipping when I want to.....not when they think I should. I once had a female dealer, rather hot looking make a comment when I colored up enough for 4 black. I heard her say something like....nice guy, he wins 400 bucks and tips nothing. I turned around and said....listen honey, did the other dealer tip me when I was down 500 bucks?? NO.....so explain to me why I should tip you while I'm still in the hole?? She just looks at me and said....don't call me honey.
_ucking bitch. That stuff burns my ass. Guess who won't be getting tips in the future?

You're there playing a game. The dealers are there doing a job so they can eat. Why should they tip you for throwing away more than a week's base pay for them at the tables?

Blue, you missed the point. She expected a tip because she thought I won....when I had not. Had I won, yes....I tip. But don't make comments when I don't. That was the point I was trying to make.
No I agree with you on that count. It irritates me like nothing else so when I color up I always make a point to mention "at least I got back to a few hundred of what I started with" or some such comment that references your losing results. This helps to avoid that situation altogether.
Plus the pit likes to hear you're a loser too!
