Dealer bust @ CSM? Does dealer bust 30 % of the time. This is taken when CSM is in use.
Like out of every 10 hands does he bust 3 hands ?

Or in a CSM every hand is treated as a new hand ?and the below does not apply?

Each trial is independent of the previous one, therefore, past events do not influence future events. The exception to this is that the cards in the discard tray cannot be dealt out twice so the discarded cards do have an influence on which hands will be dealt next. If the discard tray is very large and you have a good idea of the deck composition of the remaining cards to be dealt then you can make educated predictions as to the outcome of the next hand. With a CSM this phenomenon is of less importance since the discarded cards are recycled back in to the deck before any significant information can be gathered.
