Table games have begun in the First State. Three casinos, all based at racetracks. Traveled back from PA to VA via DE last weekend. Stayed overnight at Dover Downs and stopped by Harrington Casino. Here's what I saw.
Dover Downs - Sunday evening around 7PM - about 6 tables in action. $10 on 3, $15 on 2, $25 on 1. The tables have only six seats. Shoe games with hand shuffling - 6 or 8 decks. No special rules -3:2 BJ, S17.
Dover Downs - Monday AM - 6AM - 2 games - neither table full. Same minimums. Slowest dealer I've ever seen.
Harrington - Monday 11AM - 3 games - 6 seats each. Two with CSM - $5 min. One hybrid - touch screen betting but dealer uses 6-deck shoe. Felt dumb.
Not worth a trip but OK if passing through for entertainment. Bus tours with a free buffet or some slot play and gas/toll bridge savings might make it more interesting for you.
