so A,9 payout is 19-1. what if i had A,9 suited? would that be 19-1 and 9-1?

No, you only get one payout for each hand. In this case you would get 9:1 since it is a suited, unmatched 20. The 19:1 payout is only if the cards are the same suit and the same rank. You can learn more about the bet here:itsedmondfoo said:
