Does the eye-in-the-sky know the count?

My local casino just put in the new "iTables." I think the system reads the cards using the cameras above the table, or the cards are somehow coded using RFID or something like that.
When playing at an iTable, do you think the eye-in-the-sky knows the count? Is it possible that they can see the count vs. your bet?
It seems to me they can catch counters really easy using these tables.

They have a card reading shoe that tracks every card dispensed, and they track every single bet. The system can flag you as a counter independently, without human analysis or intervention. While surveillance may look at it before backing you off after you're flagged to verify it, they really don't need to. Even cover play will do you no good, as it can simply watch and calculate to see if you are varying your bet with the count enough to gain an overall edge - even with some intentional errors thrown in. After a relatively small number of hands, it can make an accurate determination as to who is an AP and who is not.

Imagine the best counter in the world standing over your shoulder, dedicated to watching you and only you. It's probably not the best set of circumstances to put yourself into.
