Does this Place Exist?

I was reading about this place in a suburb outside Los Angeles in Mark Billings book The Ultimate Edge. It is know as "Ungambling Casino" However I know his book is set in the 80s/90s. So i was wondering if this place still exist today because the concept seems really good.

I think all the California card rooms are ungambling casinos. That being said, there are quite a few in the LA area.
