Double deck 21+3

Hi. I like to play double deck and 21+3. I see on wizard of odds there is a double deck version. It pays 2.5 to 1 for pairs, straights, flushes, three of a kind and straight flushes. They all pay the same 2.5 to one. Anyone seen this version and where? Thank you.

Quite a few... but why?
...and why did you not ask HOW and why the ones I mentioned ARE beatable, or why the 21+3 is NOT "beatable?"
...do you know what "beatable" means exactly?
