Double deck strategy deviation matrix index (indices)

The index table at Lesson 23 - Beating the Double Deck Game - Part 3 is good,
but that's not the game I'm looking for.
I'm looking for the indices for these rules:
Double deck, S17, DAS, Double any 2 cards, No surrender, Split Ace's only once
I've searched here, WizardOfOdds, Google, etc., to no avail.
Basically, I'm looking for something like the Illustrious 18 for the double deck.

Use 4 deck but insurance is 2.5. Hi-Lo.

i've also looked around the net for i18 indexes for various rule sets with no luck. The wizard has a set for 6 deck H17. Is there any difference for S17? If there is a site that has this for double as well that would be very awesome.
