Hi, i am reading blackjack for blood and finding the omega II system interesting however all my local casino play europeaon blackjack, does this mean that the omega II system will not work?? and if it wont, what system should i use?

You're outside my area of knowledge Knightsimon....I am not familiar with Omega II.

On any card counting system can it be used for both european and american blackjack?

Any card counting system can be used under either set of hole-card rules. You just must be careful when playing European rules about splitting and doubling when the dealer shows a ten or Ace.
