Favorable Downtown Vegas Casinos - Newsletter?

Is there a chart or listing out there that has current rules at each downtown casino. Also, I know it's a touchy subject publishing but what casinos are "optimal" for counting... I'll be going to Vegas in December and mostly playing 6D w/ some friends.

It's all H17. All the single deck is D10 except the Spaniard, which is a sweatshop. Almost every place does not allow doubling after splitting on pitch games.

45-60% pen almost everywhere. It's not great, but if you're a red chipper spreading a lot it can be viable.
