Took me a week and a bit but i finally got there!

Here goes the story:

Basicly i was telling my dad how i am practicing card counting and how it works etc. He was like "I can see how it improves your probability but i can't see it working in the long run, there is only one winner at casinos and that is casinos, if card counting did work everyone would be doing it". So I said "Fine, ill prove it to you" anyways we ended up putting down £10 each and me giving us 100 chips each, we played for an hour or so every night, and tbh at first i just kept going down and down(he and i both thought that he was going to win them all), but i kept loosing count didnt play perfect BS and made stupid mistakes. As i got better at counting and better with BS i started to go up, finally (the last two days) i won it all off him when i had only 50ish chips left. So happy, only been counting for a couple of weeks now, can count down a deck in about 26 seconds, quite good with all the distractions but i tend to get over excited sometimes when i win a nice chunk of chips and lose count >_>!

So happy >_>!

i made 700 units in my first 12 days of playing blackjack, i though this card coutngin thing was gogin to make me a millionair in 3 years flat i calculated, then i lost 80% of it over the next month, then i had a total winnage of 1500 units, now i have a toaly winnage of 300 with over 1 year of play, for a collective average of 10 dollars per hour, even though its supposed to be around 40. I too used to get excited when i won large amounts, but now i only view the amoutn i have one for a particular evening as the ev for the time i was at the tabel and nothign more, even if i just won 4000 dollars more than i was supposed to i will only go out and spend no more than my 250$ in ev

It fun when your winnings but dont get too excited as you will be losing in the futrue sometime. and you gotta brace yoruself, for it, for me my family was the same way, and i still dont knwo what i woudl tell them if i ever ended up dropping into the negetive.
