Sometimes it pays to go to a store you usually lose at. I have won the most as an AP at the place I LOST the most at as a BS player.
Conversely, I have had a very tough time at a store that I usually won at with just BS.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, I had a losing spell and in the last week have had my best week ever (aided by some lucky VP wins, 4 deuces in two consecutive trips )

Lucky Venues
You mean go figure the notion of venues being lucky or unlucky is not prudent, right? I suppose many of us succomb to that thinking occasionally. But assuming it's not a matter of actual playing conditions being at issue, one venue shouldn't be consistently better or worse than another. Although, if someone thinks there is a different energy or luck or something similar, it could very well influence their play on a subtle level.

No. The casino I visited last night had higher minimums than my usual stomping grounds. My bankroll is pretty well depleted so I was a bit cautious and conservative. I wasn't getting good hands for the most part but the dealer was busting an unbelievable % of the time. Unfortunately I busted with my crap hands quite a few times before the dealer busted. She kept busting with a 10 or A up.
