I just downloaded Casino Verite. It's quite good, but it's not free. Until you pay for it, all the 5's are replaced with jacks.

I've actually found the basic strategy trainer on this site to be pretty useful for practicing counting. It's not perfect--I doubt there's any casino in the world that offers the penetration that the game does--but it's a good start.

I've been trying to get my local casino to deal this game, where all the 5's in the shoe are replaced with Jacks.
