Good practice simulators

Are there any good practice simulators out there for BS, counting, indices, etc?

I know there are some out there but am having a hard time finding good ones that combine various aspects of counting.

I picked this up recently. You can download a demo version for free and then decide if you want the full version. I'm just getting into counting and this is very nice for simulating playing at a full table (actually you can select the number of players) instead of dealing real cards in your kitchen. It also has counting drills, index drills, deck estimation drills, and pretty much any strategy (HiLO, KO, etc.....) built in.

The graphics and interface are a little dated and the voices are crappy but the info it contains is great.
