We all know about how stingy Harrah's properties are on their comps (and on their blackjack rules and pen)...but the Grand Biloxi has sunk to a new low:
Just last year, Harrah's New Orleans would "graciously" allow Total Rewards customers to trade in their national comp balances (normally exchangeable for merchandise) for 50 cents on the dollar for slot play at Harrah's New Orleans...but now Grand Biloxi has sunk to a lower low: 10 cents on the dollar for slot play at their property for nationally-accumulated comp balances!
Outrageous.
