How do these rule variations affect house edge?

I have no intention of ever playing at the Los Angeles casinos that offer that silly No-Bust Blackjack or California Blackjack, but a friend recently got a job at Hawaiian Gardens casino, and they offer normal Vegas-style Blackjack, with a few variations, and I'm trying to compute the house edge. Mind you, to be legal in L.A., they still make you pay a collection fee to play each hand, which means I'll never play there, so this is really just an intellectual exercise.

Their rules are: 4 Decks, H17, DAS, DA2, Blackjack pays 6:5.

However, they have some interesting variations from there. You can resplit pairs infinitely. In theory, you can have 16 hands on the table if you draw all 16 8's in a row, for example.

You can even resplit Aces. Infinitely. But you can't draw to split aces.

And, you can late surrender anytime. After a split, after doubling down, after hitting a few times, etc. Anytime after dealer checks for BJ, you can surrender.

Also, to counter the 6:5 BJ, they offer 2:1 on suited Aces.

Without taking into account the 2-1 suited aces, the surrender anytime or the infinite resplits, I'm getting a house edge of 2.8%. That's taking into account the 1% collection fee.

Anybody able to compute those other 3 rules and how they affect house edge?

Just curious.
