Hey. I'm new to card counting. I hear talk about EV (expected value) and % advantage but I'd like to know how you calculate such things. Lets say I am betting 1 dollar and that is my unit. In 10000 hands, I make 100 units so I made 1 unit per 100 hands. Does this mean that I have a 1 % advantage over the casino if I consistently over a period of years make 1 unit per 100 hands? Or is it done by some formula dealing with wins and losses like you win 43 hands and lose 57 hands to the casino?
