How many hands per hour?

It varies. But Stanford Wong give the figures of 60 rounds for a full table to 350 rounds for 1 player.
My own experience is it depends whether you have a natural fast dealer or a slow rookie dealer. Also if there are rookie players that take a long time to decide or you have some players who purposely slow dowm the game. Others like to chat up with the dealer, ask questions and advice also from the other players.

I don't spend much time clocking, but 350 hands per hour seems exceptionally fast. Like playing-on-a-computer fast.

Actually I did some more research last night after making this post and read that with a full table it's approx 60 hands per hour, 3 people about 80 per hour and one on one is about 120 per hour.
