Calendar year 2004, I have 79 hours in for a 21 unit loss (been drubbed the last couple of weeks.) Time wise, I'd say I'm probably on the high end of the "recreational counters." In fact, I'm headed out the door right now...

Since I asked....

I have 343 hours on the front lines of the battlefield so far since Jan 1..this is time with chips on the baize or running around backcounting...I am not counting time spent scouting or meal breaks or transportation...I am up WAY TOO MANY units for my own good as soon the tides will shift as they always do. Beleive it or not I feel like a slacker this year as I have already taken more days off then I did the entire calender year of 2003. Hoope to hear from more of you soon...Good counts...SM

Pretty tough....I went thru a two week period last month where I lost about 18,000 playing only to a 100 max bet but have since won it back in spades...SM

Played 180 hours over the last 12 months. Up 173 units, which seems reasonable considering the relatively poor local game. It's only five minutes away, so I play short sessions three times a week. Wonging in is not practical, but exit below -1 is not a problem.

My first year...

I became an advantage player in January of this year. I am 7 hours from the nearest casino but have logged in:

60 hours with a +17 units.

I am not feeling good about the results, but after reading some of these other posts, maybe it isn't SO bad, afterall.

felt hours, and I'd say today is 75-291 (out of 366=leap year) so ball park around 150 online hours. Estimate that I am up around $10,000 so far. I'd love it if a casino opened near by. Common Canada! Toronto is the biggest most cozmo City in the country! Get with the times EH? ;>
