I got my first flat betting restriction

I had to smile when I saw your post.
Rarely does anyone report to Griffin, Biometrica or even send out a SIN flyer for bets under $200 max. Even at purple/yellow chip max bets many do not send it in. Griffin is a joke and most casinos in NV don't take it seriously. Some little ****-hole in the middle of nowhere may freak out, but not in LV. I've never heard of the EC sending in a pic to any database service on a smaller bets. Maybe if you were playing the table max.
If you are part of a team or doing something that looks like cheating, that's different. Casinos HATE teams and cheats. I wouldn't worry about it. If they were really pissed at you, you'd have been barred from playing or 86'd. Flat betting is not bad. You can probably play on another shift.

Cheats perhaps, but I think that a lot of casino personnel really secretly respect the hell out of smart guys who beat the edge. Just read some of the reviews for some of the books on Amazon. There are plenty where the guy starts out with a statement like "I used to be in gaming industry" or "I was a consultant for the Tropicana" etc. and then go on about how great the book is and how effective the info could be in the hands of the right player.
