And what reason did the casino give for this action? I ask because of course as you probably are aware, it is illegal for a NJ casino to tresspass you for being an advantage player. They can however can you for committing a criminal act, being disorderly, including drunk or creating a disturbance. So with all due respect, thunder, i ask, is there more to your story than you have stated so far?? If not you may want to talk to a lawyer, you may have some serious positive EV coming your way in the form of a lawsuit settlement.Thunder said:

UAW has badmouthed 4 casinos on AC Express billboards for illegal anti-union practices, and I guess the nastiest casino is one of these 4 casinos:
1) Bally's Park Place
2) Caesars
3) Plaza
4) Tropicana
I have to use the process of elimination to guess the right answer. First, CEO Jim will never allow Plaza to kick out APs without a very good reason. Second, Caesars is one of the most APs-tolerant casinos. Thirdly, Tropicana won't kick APs out illegally because of the Campione case. So as an educated guess, I would say Bally's has kicked you out illegally.

As this old saying goes: 'Learn from others' mistakes, you are not going to live long enough to make them all yourself'. An AP should try to avoid barrings in AC by learning from other APs' mistakes. The Morse case is a good example for us to learn from. Expert Tracker David Morse has been barred from AC casinos because NJCCC "BELIEVES" that Morse is a "cheater", not a tracker. So don't give casinos & NJCCC any excuse to bar you. Here's the case info & photo from the NJCCC's barring file:
"Morse was videotaped by casino surveillance departments at Trump Plaza, Taj Mahal, Caesars, TropWorld, Resorts, Bally's Park Place, Bally's Grand, Trump Castle, and Sands, as he tried to influence the game of blackjack by manipulating or attempting to manipulate the cut card in the deck to determine what card would be the first card dealt. Rather than place the cut card back into the deck in the manner required, Morse would place the cut card in the deck in a manner that would enable him to determine what card would be dealt to him after the shuffle, thus giving him an unfair advantage."

No that's not the way to do it. One way is to cut roughly and pop a few cards after the cut card out with your roughness. You want to see the card after the burn card. It works best when your accomplice is sitting at first base, not the cutter, because most dealers will hold the shoe so that the cutter cannot see the cards he pops out.moo321 said:

YOu have got to have been doing something else to be kicked out man. I played at borgata one time, and they come up to me and say, your getting a half shoe, max bet of 75 dollars, see how you like that. So I back counted for like 3 hours in the same pit with three decks cut off of 6, they HAD to know i was counting, and they totally didnt care. I think the important note it that they didnt kick me out, so i dont think thunder is refferring to borgata.
Iv been shuffled up on at marina, suffled/harrasses at the hilton, harrassed at plaza, and once had a curious experience at ballys that resulted in three security persons escorting me off the floor for "not having my ID", after i willingly aggreed to leave and stop playing.
If i had to guess at which casino i would guess the hilton, their security person, who happens to be a short woman by the way, i dont know her name, once RAN to intercept me, and make herself clear i wasnt welcome, she followed me up the excalator whilst explaining how and why I shoudlnt come back.

They have ways of throwing you out. One is to claim you are drunk and disorderly even though you had nothing to drink. Another is to catch you using a false ID, and a third is to claim you are over the CTR limit and have to give ID even though you are not close to buying in 10k.

My play style is "drunk & disorderly" to the point that I have spilled drinks and slid out of chairs all over town, but the funny thing is I have never been asked to stop playing or leave on account of drunkenness! Pro21 says they will falsely eject you for D&D, but apparently they won't if they actually believe you to be D&D.kewljason said:That may be. So I think you guys getting in trouble in AC just need to drink more. Eat first. And if you practice at home, practice with alcohol. Like that old college trick- if you studied drunk, take the exam drunk.
