Avoiding CTR's

Why to avoid CTR, SAR etc...
If you do not use a players card you probably have reason for that. That reason is that you do not want the casino to know who you are. So avoid it to protect your identity. Using fake ID is ok to get comps but I know it is a crime in some jurisdictions and probably is everywhere if you use a fake ID for a CTR.

I absolutely guarantee that flat betting big money will absolutely convince surveillance that you are either wealthy, intoxicated, psychotic, or desparate.

Unfortunately, as soon as he goes back to Card Counting he may be 86'd just as if he never had his "15 mins. of fame".

Indeed, having now displayed his testosterone, he will be closely surveilled every time he takes a seat - if for no other reason than that he may bet the table max.

Feloniously Serious Consequences.

C.T.R.'s require name, address, and Social Security Number.

If the any of the above is false, you have committed a federal offense.

Not a laughing matter.

Federal courts have sentencing guidelines that are far tougher than the state courts;
but worse than that, Federal prisons have NO such thing as parole.

That is a little known fact.
