Index plays for European BJ?

Hi, I'm new to card counting and I'm struggling to find information on index plays for European no hole card rules. Could any one help point me in the right direction?

I'm playing 4 decks, 75% pen, double any, DAS S17, split to 4 hands, split Aces one card only, BJ 3:2 and obviously no hole card. This is in a UK casino where surrender is not allowed and insurance is only available on BJ vs. Ace.

As a beginner I would greatly appreciate any help. Also, if any one could recommend a respectable BJ book focusing on European rules that would be great too.

Many thanks,

Jonny

Edit - forgot to say that I'm using hi/lo balanced count

Not exactly the same indices. The difference is that the indices for doubling or splitting against a ten or an ace are different than what they are for "dealer peeks", but this is the ONLY difference. The index for insurance is the same. The indices for hitting or standing vs. a ten or ace do not change. All other indices are the same.

Most, if not all, of the regular UK contributors on this board know which place you're talking about.

Yes, the only difference are index plays that involve doubling your wager (including splitting to two or more hands) against a dealer ten or ace. Having said that, the -EV on splitting 8,8 against a dealer ten or ace is still better than not doing so, so I do this with a single unit bet out.
