Indian casinos regulated?

I'm assuming they have SOME sort of regulating entity watching over them but after the last two trips to a local Indian casino I'm a little less certain. My friend and I only play around 15 percent of the time because we backcount at $10 tables until +3 but every time we go to this casino we play more like 50 percent of the time. And I had my max bet out (at +5) probably 12 times when I would imagine only around 3 or 4 would be expected for only 2 hours of play.

Is it possible they took out high cards and added low? We had high counts left and right but NEVER did it go below tc-1 last night. My counting is dead on so that's not an issue. As is my friends.

What is even worse is cruise ships. Who is regulating them once they are out to sea?
Technically they are regulated by the government under which they are flagged... in reality... well have you ever been at sea?:laugh:

The penetration was mostly 70%. 6deck. I didn't ever see them fanned there. Do most casinos do that everytime the table is empty or only when they bring new decks in? They definitly didn't fan after the table emptied out.

There's no reason not to name the casino right? It's valley view. So if someone knows they're fair I'll feel better about playing there again.

All should be fanned up when new cards, you can examine.

I am leaving for a Res. casino right now known as the "Dream", they always fan new cards and will not shuffle until a players examines and says ok.

An AP friend of mine just got back from a cruise. he told me every shoe went positive and stayed that way. he played, but didn't jump in until TC +4 ;)

Regarding the OP, I wonged out of 6 consecutive shoes last week, all of which went negative quickly. I'm sure they didn't add any Ts or As

Nobody. But I am not sure if they are worst than the Online casinos. That is let you win in their practice play and then when you play with real money will take your money before you can cash out with your bonus.

They are definitely the worst. Technically there are some pretty serious laws preventing ships crews' from robbing or defrauding paid passengers, but you're going to have the burden of proof and there are no laws requiring them to hold tape or document their activities in the games. So your chances of getting any satisfaction will be near nil.

I have played at the casino in question before and I also suspected they play with stacked decks. I also suspect other California casinos as well. Indian casinos are required to pay for their own gaming commission. So the gaming commission staff are all paid(employed) by the casino itself. Seems like a conflict of interest to me. Do a search with the words "Chumash Casino cheating" and you'll find a few articles where casino employees had rigged some drawings so that their friends and family would win every month. Cheating happens, especially when gaming is not regulated by a government agency. Just my two cents.

I have personally made several all-night plays at Valley View Casino. At about 6:00 A.M. they change cards on all the tables that are still open. They spread the new decks face-up for all to see. The cards are brand new, so they come out of the packs in order. Depending upon how busy they are, later in the morning they start opening new tables and spread the new decks face up.

No matter how slow the business, Valley View always has SOME business, if nothing more than a few slot players hanging around. It seems rather inconceivable that they would try to take cards out, with potential witnesses around. Besides, as in any business; you would have a certain amount of disgruntled employees who would tell their friends who work at Harrah's and elsewhere. Word would quickly get around.

This is why, when a casino starts "running short", it's never a secret for long.
Personally, I'm as close as can be, to 100% certain that this casino offers a fair game.
