Does anybody use Risk-adverse indices? I just read about them but don't understand them. For example Hi-lo says to double 10vs 10 or A at TC of +4, whereas the risk adverse indice is +8. Supposedly +4 is the expectation-maximized index where as +8 is the optimal.

Overall, RA indices are of negligible extra value... HOWEVER, you can garner 75% of the total 'extra' value that RA can give (like I said its not much) by simply learning the RA index for 10v10-A (which you've already done) Actually you can make 10v10 +8 and 10vA +6. Don't bother with the rest! zg
