leshead,

I will be visiting London and the surrounding areas in July. Any advice on the best casinos for blackjack?

The UK has very bad rules, like double 9-10-11 only and you cannot split 4's. And quite a lot have reverted to CSM these days. In the more posh clubs maybe you can try, if you've got the bank for it that is, but expect to be watched.

UK strange rules

Not only 9 10 11 doubles only but NO insurance allowed except dealers ace.
No splitting of 4 nor 10 and you even get heat with these rules.
Never seen such paranoia with such lousy rules.

 Sorry, I meant if you have got an ace against dealer ace you can take even money(same as insurance) but any other cards against dealer ace, NO insurance available.

Oh, so you can only insure your hand when you have a blackjack? That's a pretty bad set of rules then.
