Interesting event yesterday...

I always play at the same store and have been doing so about twice a week for the past couple of years. I play long sessions (like 6-12 hrs) at a time. I have never received any heat but yesterday one of the PBs commented on how I always know when to increase my bet. I usually spread 1-8 or 1-10 playing all green. He asked me if I knew how to count and that he doesnt care if I did know how to do it. Obviously I had to play dumb and say it is too hard for me and I can barely add up to 21. Was he fishing or just genuinely not caring. It was an EC store btw.

What flash said. The only time I was backed off, the session before the back off the PB told me that I always win every session I play. I had only three days of play at that casino but he was telling the truth. I had three days of long play, maybe 11 or 12 sessions. When I went to play the next morning I didn't even get a hand in.

BUt I played the whole day without any scrutiny. I didnt leave the table and didnt change anything. Could he have be genuine?

Hmmm...we slightly veered off topic.

I've ran into a hand full of dumb PC who think that card counting cannot beat blackjack. I've had several occasions where PC's joked with me about it, almost mocking me (these are stores I was up thousands at). This usually occurs at casinos far from metropolitan areas with uneducated floor people.

From the way you describe this floor person's conversation with him he sounds like one of those. Was he young? Does his question seem quizzical? I really wouldn't take a risk. Stay away from that casino for a little while or avoid that PC altogether.
