Yes, it is useless

Can the phone tell you the true count by using the camara feature on the iphone so you don't have to enter every card you see by hand. If you have to enter each card by hand that would take way to long to use and would be totally useless in a casino. Casino management is probably more paranoid table maximums have come down in several casinos around Tahoe. For example where I work the max bet went from $500 to $200.

Some people are pretty fast with cell phones but the fact that this thing actually does less than what we do with our brains and can get you jail time, makes it completely unimportant to us except for the paranoia it has created.
The Gaming Board by issuing their warning about this thing will increase the already high paranoia level at many casinos. Honest counters may find themselves being searched, having their phones taken and checked by casino personel who think that this program may be on the phone or know it is not on the phone but have an excuse to harrass.

I really think the Gaming Board wants an idiot to arrest and make an example of and after that things would probably return to normal.

As far as the max bets go, I do not think iphone has anything to do with it. Lower minimims I think may be just a way that your casino is limiting their variance. In places where the average bet is very low, one big player on a lucky streak can effect the bottom line.

I have a vision of a pair of eyeglasses, specifically designed for counting, and will do the optimal count for the game you're playing and for each one of your hands, will give you the most optimal play, and betting amount based on count.

So, something like, right top corner of the eyeglasses will have a built in micro camera, and the left top corner will have the betting amount when a hand is finished, and a decision given to you (insurance, hit, stand, surrender, double) when a hand is dealt. The only requirement for you will be to pan the table quickly for the camera to be able to capture the cards dealt.

The glasses will also capture holecards as much as they can and will change the play accordingly, combining the holecard and the count strategies together.

It will be something that can be connected to your PC to set your bankroll, betting spread preferences as well as your preferences from within certain cover plays and your cover tolerance.

Already exists. The micro-cameras sit right behind the lenses and are called "eyes" and the computer is called a "brain."

Good one QFIT, but I'm lazy. And I'd like to join the jokes ploppies make on the table, as well as flirt with the cocktail waitresses. I'd like to have fun, while the eyeglasses do the work for me...
