one time at starluck.com i was playing 3 card. i lost $300 in about 5 minutes...on $5/5 plays, with $5 anti. I emailed them and asked for a log and said i must have lost 30 hands in a row damn near at one pt, are you sure this isnt rigged?.... they credited the full $300 back to me within 4 hrs after they reviewed my play and basically said "if we were in your shoes, we would think the same thing, please take this as a....blah blah". very nice people. but i still didnt trust it. so i cashed out. Anyhoo, online **** is too unregulated and a real hassle for americans to get cash in and out. basically i wouldnt even try if i were you. If you live in canada or europe, you have way better options, but its still you against a computer program...so you might as well just play slots instead of BJ. :cool2:

You can use both BetJamaica.com and Bookmaker.com. These sites have remained open to US customers and are both A+ rated on another sports betting site, as far as payouts and stability.
As far as being legal, well, that is up to you. Vague at best but you shouldn't have a problem getting paid by either of these sites if that is your major concern.

Online gambling is not illegal at the federal U.S. level. Your state my have a law against it, but really thats not going to get inforced compared to "real" crime they need to spend their budgets fighting.CharlieChip said:

The bank can get fined. I don't think this is correct. I believe that the UIGEA only applies to illegal transactions, and I believe there have been some cases on this. I re-read the law recently, and it only says that transactions for "illegal gambling" are banned. But sports betting IS illegal at the federal level.toastblows said:

oh yes, you are right. There is that federal wire act of 1960 something that says telephone lines cannot be used for gambling except horse racing.
So now that we used broadband cable, DSL, 2 BB satellites....technically its not a telephone wire :laugh: It still doesnt say gambling is illegal at the federal level though
