You got to be kidding... where did this counter learn to count and keep a good cover? I'm seeing this a lot in many youtube videos... sudden bet jumps from min to a 1000 or more!

From 2x $25 bet to 2 X $1k bet? Even the pit boss told him it was an interesting way to play... bet from 25 and 25 to 2 thousand, and asked him if he was a card counter? LOL!

Just burning himself out of the business. Content! Gotta have content for his channel! :D

These young folks are clearly YouTubers first, creating content before seriously being card counters. One group amazingly is running what they claim to be an online "school" -- though you have to submit a photo of yourself just to be able to send them an email! It is laughable.

It's likely these 20-somethings are well-bankrolled by someone else for purposes unknown, to be able to play at the stakes they do. I suppose the source of funds and actual purpose will come out some day, but obviously their taunting of casino personnel is not good for actual serious card counters and advantage players in general, by creating negative impressions of all of us and bringing such unwanted attention to our very existence.

Because of their naivete in dealing with occasional abusive treatment by casino personnel, I'm interested in seeing how they handle it when it eventually happens to them, which it surely will at some point. With the attractive young women, their "pretty privilege" may make it avoidable for much longer than for most of us, but eventually some casino employee will snap and there will be an ugly incident.

These YouTubers and others who make light of these situations have done a disservice to the community by making it appear that backoffs are just a routine exchange of goodbyes between casino personnel and card counters. As most of us old-timers well know, such is often not the case. The modern literature overlooks the sordid history of the casino industry's misbehavior towards skilled patrons that continues to this day.

The million of dollars paid out in lawsuits and settlements over the years (out-of-pocket by the casinos themselves, not their insurers, since their insurance generally will not pay for intentional acts) have caused casinos to become more aware in their hiring and training practices, particularly with security guards, but there are still plenty of thugs employed by casinos.

While I do not wish ill on anyone, these young YouTubers/pretend card counters will eventually have a darkly entertaining video to post when a casino executive or guard goes berserk on them and pushes them around and/or falsely imprisons them. Their video will help their lawsuit, if they can keep their hidden camera rolling.
