On page 85 of the Knock Out Blackjack book there is a matrix for specific conditions. Am I reading it correctly: when you have a hard 12 and the dealer has a 2 or 3 with a running count of plus 4 you stand?
When you hve a hard 16 and the dealer has a 10 in a 2 deck game with a plus 1 running count you stand or surrender? The same thing when it is a 6 deck game with a running count of minus 4 and with an 8 deck and a minus 6 you would stand or surrender?
In a 2 deck game when you have a 12 and the dealer has a 4,5 or 6 with a running count of minus 4 do you hit? Also in a 2 deck game when you have a 13 and the dealer has a 2 or 3 with a running count of minus 4 do you hit?
