You might be better off going to Stanford Wong's site and taking a look at the article he publishes each month with details on most casinos in the US. You can subscribe to it or if you just need a one time reference you can download a free copy.
At this point in time, I haven't let CSM's concern me too much. I play very little on the Strip but can say that Downtown, CSM's are rather rare. Golden Nugget might have a table or two with the dreaded shufflers, but they also have tables without them. I've recently played at Frontier and Stardust and neither of them were plagued with the things!
