I don't know about Manila and Phillipines.

At Marina Bay Sands, the dealer takes Original Bets Only against a dealer Blackjack (a player Blackjack, of course, pushes). MBS follows the same rules as the Sands Macau properties.

At Resorts World Sentosa, its European No Hole Card (dealer takes all bets including splits and doubles) against a dealer BJ. Also, RWS has a wierd ruleset (4deck CSM, D9/10/11 only, ENHC, Split to 3 hands, RSA, Early Surrender except against a dealer ace).

At Sands, Wynn, SJM, Crown Melco and MGM properties, Original Bets Only against Dealer BJ.

At Galaxy Entertainment properties, a player loses all SPLITTING bets made against a dealer BJ, but not any DOUBLING bets made.
