Million Dollar Blackjack

I know Kenny Uston used this title. My meaning is a little different.

On one of the BJ forums that I used to participate at a number of years ago, I posted a thread, which was pretty popular, entitled "My 10 year, million dollar BJ plan".

Following a monumental run of the past month or so, today, I hit this million dollar mark in career blackjack, card counting winnings. It took about 4.5 years longer than planned. More on this in a moment.

I know there will be those that accuse me of bragging. This is not my intention. A million dollars is no longer some great amount of money that sets you for life. I am 30 years way from retirement, so hopefully this is just one step. I am sure there are many in our community that have achieved far greater success both in the AP world and private workforce, and probably in far less time. But because I started from scratch, with this "plan", this milestone is important to me. :)

Also. I work variance myself...if you wanna get together sometime and share methods sometime. :)...Mine hits that million like lickety split. With a bank so small lol.

Anyways the game of black jack is changing. Obviously it is like the mother of all secrets. Your either ready or not. Your either ready to understand or you r not.

Once again congratulations brother on hitting that sweet safe spot.

I was to aggressive but for longevity of health... I had no other option...so down here south, im only limited to few hands before they id. That's all I need now. Sometimes just one. Every now and then a locals casino packed down because of their instance on doing things straight and honest they have a 5 min double jump in any time. So you tell me.

It's just unfortunate for you, that you wish to only card count. You're missing out on a lot more money!
KJ and me are dinosaurs...
...no, salamanders, according to Grosjean, just barely peeking above the waterline, slogging through the muck, not even frogs yet!

I guess my biggest concern right now, is how long will there be playable/beatable blackjack? I know this has been a concern since Thorpe's book came out 50 years ago. Player thought casinos would stop offering playable/beatable blackjack. And then CSM came along. :( And through it all...there is still playable/beatable blackjack today. o_O

BUT, technology is definitely working against us.
Tech...naw. I would have to say Insight through empirism
