New multiplayer blackjack variant: Bluff21

I got an email from an online casino rep describing a new variation of blackjack called Bluff21. It is a format where the dealer spot rotates to each player in turn, and there are considerable differences from regular blackjack.

Because it is player-vs-player game there may be an opportunity to profit with skilled play. If you try it out, let us know how it went.

The rules are available at this link (copy and paste):
https://www.guts.com/Bluff21Rules

For cash games, the rake is 3% on the winner only, up to $3 max.
For tournaments, there is a buy-in plus fee, like $10+$1.

My quick reaction is that if you are playing against very seriously unskilled opposition the 3% 'juice' can be overcome.

The more non-intuitive the correct strategy is, the more "unskilled" the opposition shall be.

If a player busts, what is to prevent him from taking even more cards?
Well the player could take more cards as long as he does not have an open bust or 5 cards.
This could either reinforce the dealers belief that you took in too many cards or give the impression that you have a high hand :)
